chore: legg til MIT LICENSE + README Install/Non-goals-seksjoner

manglende LICENSE, manglende ## Install og ## Non-goals, og README-åpning
som ikke matchet forge-beskrivelsen. Retter alle fire: MIT-lisens (org-
standard), pre-design-ærlig Install-seksjon, Non-goals omdøpt fra "Hva
app-creator ikke skal gjøre", README-åpning ordrett forge-teksten.
