Step 14 of v3.4.1 plan — final release commit. CHANGELOG.md: new top section [3.4.1] - 2026-05-04 documenting /ultracontinue-local hot-fix (Bugs 1-4 + ESM/CJS regression + plugin.json description drift) and the SC-6 doc-rydding sweep. README.md: version badge 3.4.0 -> 3.4.1. Marketplace root README.md: ultraplan-local entry header bumped to v3.4.1. prior commits in this release: -1da4f3fdocs(ultraplan-local): Handover 7 § Lifecycle (SC-5) -6bca3fbdocs(ultraplan-local): remove ultra-cc-architect references (SC-6) -561ad5achore(ultraplan-local): bump v3.4.1 + plugin.json description drift fix The user-facing docs were already updated in the prior commits, so [skip-docs] applies here.
