chore: fix metadata gaps and add root CLAUDE.md

- llm-security SECURITY.md: update supported versions 3.0.x → 5.1.x
- config-audit plugin.json: add license, repository, keywords
- Add root CLAUDE.md with repo structure and conventions

+## Konvensjoner
+
+- **Språk:** Norsk dialog, engelsk kode/docs
+- **Commits:** Conventional Commits — `type(scope): description`
+- **Git:** Forgejo (`git.fromaitochitta.com/open/ktg-plugin-marketplace`). Aldri GitHub.
+- **Hooks:** Alltid Node.js (.mjs), aldri bash. Cross-platform.
+- **Avhengigheter:** Null npm dependencies i hooks/scannere. `node:test` for tester.
+- **PRs:** Aksepteres ikke. Issues velkommen.
+- **Lisens:** MIT, alle plugins
+

+- `REMEMBER.md` — Sesjonsstatus, sist gjort, viktige beslutninger
+- `TODO.md` — Nærliggende oppgaver (1-4 uker)

+Disse trackes IKKE i git. Oppdater ved sesjonsslutt.
