docs(catalog): add llms.txt (D2b)

Browse source 
One deterministic entry point for an AI agent already in the repo — H1,
one-line summary, and the exact install command quoted verbatim from
README.md's first code block. Not for crawler/search-engine discovery
(measured: GPTBot/ClaudeBot/PerplexityBot/Google-Extended read HTML
directly and skip /llms.txt in practice).

# ktg-plugin-marketplace
> Open-source Claude Code plugins for AI-assisted development, security, and planning. This repository holds only the marketplace manifest and this catalog page; each plugin's code, issues, and releases live in its own repository. Solo-maintained, AI-assisted, fork-and-own — no pull requests.

Then open Claude Code and type `/plugin` to browse and install — the command above only registers the marketplace, it installs nothing.
