# Command Development Rules

## Required Frontmatter

All command files MUST include:

## Naming Convention

- Commands use `plugin-name:action` format (e.g., `config-audit:analyze`)
- Main router command uses just the plugin name (e.g., `config-audit`)
- Description should be one line, actionable
