Kjell Tore Guttormsen cbc0053957 feat(voyage)!: session-title hook COMMANDS map + voyage prefix [skip-docs] 
- Replace 5 ultra*-local keys with trek* equivalents
- Add /trekcontinue + /trekendsession entries
- Change session title prefix ultra: -> voyage:

Part of voyage-rebrand session 2 (W3.1 / Step 3).
