Appends the S29e row to the hardening journal, closing the per-step gap (S29a-d were logged; S29e was not). New entry only — existing S29a-d entries untouched (history content URØRT). Documents: pure rename + 17 pointer files (29 occurrences), the history-URØRT categorisation, and VERIFY (no old file remains; residual confined to STATE+CHANGELOG+plan+log; gate 81/0/0).
