The demo project card now describes the system the 17 demo reports are about: a citizen chatbot that pre-assesses applications for municipal housing allowance (bostøtte) from uploaded attachments. It previously described a building-permit (byggesak) chatbot that no report mentions.
Six fixtures (classify, requirements, conformity, review, adr, summary) are set equal to the corrected text already inlined in the demo block: the Annex III deadline 2027-12-02 and the 2026-08-02 transparency label, instead of 2027-08-02. Chose syncing the fixtures to the block over editing the block by hand, because the block is build output and a rebuild from the old fixtures would have put the wrong deadlines back in the demo.
Rebuilt the demo state and regenerated the 24 screenshots once with tests/screenshot/run.mjs; MANIFEST.json matches the new demo state.

Reference files, test fixtures, the playground demo project and one design
document now use generic, fictitious examples (buildings, energy, water,
grants, municipal services). The playground demo (17 fixtures plus the
embedded demo state) tells one consistent story: a municipal customer
chatbot that pre-screens housing-benefit applications, classified under
Annex III point 5(a). The embedded demo copies were edited in place rather
than regenerated, because they already carry newer AI Act dates than the
fixture files.
Legal text is unchanged. Test semantics are unchanged. Four dark-theme
onboarding screenshots with outdated placeholder text are removed.

- All 6 PNG screenshots (playground/screenshots/) and the capture script
(scripts/screenshots/capture-playground.py).
- "Screenshots" section from plugin README.
- "Screenshot-suite" section from plugin CLAUDE.md.
- Screenshots bullet from marketplace root README's ms-ai-architect listing.
Scrubs the 17 synthetic fixtures + CHANGELOG/CLAUDE/README of identifying
references: organization names, government-agency names, agency-specific
terminology, sector-specific use cases. Replaced with generic placeholder
data ("Acme AS" / "Demosystem") that exercises the same parser archetypes.
Plugin's domain-target wording (Datatilsynet, offentlig sektor, offentlig
myndighet, rettshåndhevelse, NS 5814, Utredningsinstruksen, EU AI Act
Annex III categories) is intact — those describe the plugin's intended
audience, not any specific entity.
This is a cleanup commit. Earlier git history still contains the prior
references; force-push or rebase is required if scrubbing the history is
desired. That decision is out of scope here — please run it separately
if needed.

Synthetic markdown fixtures for the 17 report-producing commands per the canonical archetype-routing-tabell. Each fixture uses the consistent ANPR-trafikkanalyse system from brief example to produce parser-input that exercises every archetype path (aiact, requirements-list, text-document, fria, conformity-checklist, matrix-risk 5x5, matrix-risk-6x5, findings, cost-distribution, capability, phased-plan, markdown, verdict, comparison).
Real /architect:<command> capture deferred to incremental work; synthetic fixtures suffice as parser test input for Steps 11-12.
