A run ends with the review it starts by itself (`/simplify` → `/trekreview` → verdict gate); a BLOCK or an undecided verdict keeps the merge into main closed. `TREKEXECUTE_MAX_REVIEW_ROUNDS` (default 3) caps the reviews per run.
