gemini-bridge is dropped by operator directive (three repetitions). The drop is
permanent, not a wait-for-SDK-upgrade state, so the change clears every LIVE
surface that could still steer a run toward the agent and leaves the historical
record alone.
Live surfaces cleared: agents/gemini-bridge.md deleted; trekresearch (bridge
launch block, --local help, high-effort always-on pair, stats record,
degradation list), trekplan, trekbrief, research-orchestrator (mode table,
agent table, prompting block, summary line), README (feature prose, mode table,
agent prose, mermaid EXTERNAL node, conditional legend, optional-MCP
requirement, --local section), CLAUDE.md, settings.json (the whole
trekresearch.geminiBridge block), both templates, architecture.md,
command-modes.md.
trekplan high-effort Adversarial Pass 2 now degrades EXPLICITLY: it emits its
section with status "unavailable, skipped" instead of failing or vanishing. A
high-effort plan carrying no Pass 2 marker is indistinguishable from one whose
Pass 2 crashed, which is the failure mode this wording exists to prevent.
gemini_used is deliberately KEPT as a vestigial trekresearch stats field pinned
to false. Removing it would break the observability export schema for existing
consumers, and the directive was about the agent, not the field.
Not touched: CHANGELOG history and the measurement/decision docs keep their
gemini references. They record what a past version did or what was measured
then; rewriting them is the same defect class as bumping a version string
inside a measurement doc.
Driven test-first. Five new pins in tests/lib/doc-consistency.test.mjs, verified
RED before the edits, including a KNOWN-POSITIVE CONTROL asserting the
historical records still DO carry gemini references — so the empty result on
live surfaces is a measurement and not a broken query (Verifiseringsloven
ansikt 4). Agent inventory 24 -> 23 (20 spawnable + 3 orchestrator reference
docs); the <example>-block floor moves 34 -> 32 because an agent legitimately
left the inventory, not because examples went missing from a surviving one.
Docs: docs/T1-cc26-delegated-orchestration.md §8 item 3 claimed both the §6
synthesis-agent PoC and the §5 bake-off were "designed but unbuilt". That was
written in S7 and falsified the same afternoon by S12, which ran the §6 PoC and
recorded Δ main-context (faithful flow) = 0.0%, NEGATIVE. The stale wording is
what caused the settled PoC to be re-ordered as new work on 2026-09-02, so it is
struck rather than deleted and §6 gained a RUN AND DECLINED status block. The
finding is structural, not stochastic: Phase 5 spawns the exploration swarm
foreground (trekplan.md:158,338-341), so the outputs are already resident in
main before Phase 7 — delegating only the Phase-7 digest evicts nothing.
Also measured 2026-09-03 (CC 2.1.259): claude -p --output-format stream-json
runs on subscription auth with no ANTHROPIC_API_KEY and now emits a
subagent_stats block, so S12's environment-block premise is half stale. Recorded
in §8 item 4. It lowers the cost of §5; it changes nothing about §6.
Suite 1041 (1039/0/2), up from 1036 by exactly the five tests added.

origin is a PUBLIC mirror. S83 staged docs/SLDC-AI.pdf (9.97 MB) with a
broad `git add -A docs` even though STATE.md said not to commit it, and
undoing that took a history rewrite of the ten commits that followed.
Ignoring the type removes the need to remember. Operator working documents
land in docs/ regularly; none of them are part of the published plugin.

origin is open/voyage (an OFFENTLIG/public mirror per ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md, which
names open/ as the public example). STATE.md was wrongly tracked since 5bf574a
(23 commits) under a mistaken 'PRIVAT Forgejo' premise. Its content has now been
scrubbed from all history via git filter-repo; this gitignores it going forward
and corrects the false tracked/private comments. STATE continuity stays local.
Workstream A of the marketplace-wide rollout (catalog/docs/state-version-rollout.md):
STATE.md is tracked + committed, pushed to private Forgejo, never GitHub/public.
Brings voyage in line with config-audit + ms-ai-architect (already done).
- .gitignore: remove both STATE.md ignore lines (the file was ignored twice, at
the dedicated block and the session/local-state block); replace the comments
with a tracked-state note mirroring config-audit. `.claude/`/projects +
`*.local.*` stay gitignored.
- STATE.md: now tracked; fix its two self-references that still claimed
"gitignored / unresolved discrepancy" — the S31 discrepancy is resolved.
Verify: `git check-ignore STATE.md` exits non-zero; `git ls-files STATE.md`
prints; no bare STATE.md line remains in .gitignore.

Remove REMEMBER.md / TODO.md / ROADMAP.md / NEXT-SESSION-PROMPT.local.md
mechanisms per ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md (2026-05-26 rule): the three layers
are STATE.md + auto-memory + plugin-CLAUDE.md; local mechanisms are
abolished and consolidated into the layers + git + docs/-reference.
- .gitignore: drop REMEMBER.md / TODO.md / ROADMAP.md entries; add STATE.md
(gitignored — overskrives ved sesjonsslutt, lokal state-of-play).
- CLAUDE.md: cross-cutting-invariant note now points to STATE.md instead
of ROADMAP.md (linter update, same theme).
Forward-looking version specs (v5.2 TDD, v5.3 sesjons-konsolidering,
v5.4 brief-format public contract, v5.5 brief framing alignment) lived
in the gitignored ROADMAP.md and are NOT recoverable from git. If
reactivated they go through the brief→plan pipeline (proper Voyage
discipline anyway).

The v4.2/v4.3 bespoke playground SPA (~388 KB), the /trekrevise command,
Handover 8 (annotation → revision), the supporting lib/ modules
(anchor-parser, annotation-digest, markdown-write, revision-guard), the
Playwright e2e suite, and the @playwright/test / @axe-core/playwright
devDeps are removed. A browser walkthrough found the playground borderline
unusable, and it duplicated the official /playground plugin's
document-critique / diff-review templates.
In their place: scripts/render-artifact.mjs — a small, zero-dependency
renderer that turns a brief/plan/review .md into a self-contained,
design-system-styled, zero-network .html (frontmatter folded into a
<details> block). /trekbrief, /trekplan, and /trekreview call it on their
last step and print the file:// link; to annotate, run /playground
(document-critique) on the .md and paste the generated prompt back.
Resolves the v4.3.1-deferred findings as moot (their target files are
deleted). npm test green: 509 tests, 507 pass, 0 fail, 2 skipped.

Replaces explicit *.local.md + *.local.json rules with single *.local.*
glob covering the new examples/01-add-verbose-flag/perf-measure.local.sh
and perf-baseline.local.md operator-driven measurement harness for SC1
wall-time gate.
The harness files themselves stay outside git (operator-run only). The
.gitignore generalization is the only tracked change.

Marketplace-root .gitignore already covers plugins/*/.claude/, but
plugin-local coverage is load-bearing for fork-and-own (forks of just
the plugin won't carry the marketplace .gitignore).
Brief assumed *.local.* covered .session-state.local.json — only *.local.md
existed. Adding *.local.json before any state file can be created.
Step 1 of /ultracontinue v3.3.0 (project 2026-05-01-ultracontinue).
These were committed in 998e005 by mistake — KTG's convention is that
planning docs in plugins/ultraplan-local/docs/ are local working files
and never pushed to the public marketplace.

Extract `/ultra-cc-architect-local` and `/ultra-skill-author-local` plus all 7
supporting agents, the `cc-architect-catalog` skill (13 files), the
`ngram-overlap.mjs` IP-hygiene script, and the skill-factory test fixtures
from `ultraplan-local` v2.4.0 into a new `ultra-cc-architect` plugin v0.1.0.
Why: ultraplan-local had drifted into containing two distinct domains — a
universal planning pipeline (brief → research → plan → execute) and a
Claude-Code-specific architecture phase. Keeping them together forced users
to inherit an unfinished CC-feature catalog (~11 seeds) when they only
wanted the planning pipeline, and locked the catalog and the pipeline into
the same release cadence. The architect was already optional and decoupled
at the code level — only one filesystem touchpoint remained
(auto-discovery of `architecture/overview.md`), which already handles
absence gracefully.
Plugin manifests:
- ultraplan-local: 2.4.0 → 3.0.0 (description + keywords updated)
- ultra-cc-architect: new at 0.1.0 (pre-release; catalog is thin, Fase 2/3
of skill-factory unbuilt, decision-layer empty, fallback list still
needed)
What stays in ultraplan-local: brief/research/plan/execute commands, all
19 planning agents, security hooks, plan auto-discovery of
`architecture/overview.md` (filesystem-level contract, not code-level).
What moved (28 files via git mv, R100 — full history preserved):
- 2 commands, 8 agents, 1 skill catalog (13 files), 2 scripts, 8 fixtures
Documentation updates: plugin CLAUDE.md and README.md for both plugins,
root README.md (added ultra-cc-architect section, updated ultraplan-local
section), root CLAUDE.md (added ultra-cc-architect to repo-struktur),
marketplace.json (registered ultra-cc-architect), ultraplan-local
CHANGELOG.md (v3.0.0 entry with migration guidance).
Test verification: ngram-overlap.test.mjs passes 23/23 from new location.
Memory updated: feedback_no_architect_until_v3.md now points at the new
plugin and reframes the threshold around catalog maturity rather than an
ultraplan-local milestone.

Add /ultraresearch-local for structured research combining local codebase
analysis with external knowledge via parallel agent swarms. Produces research
briefs with triangulation, confidence ratings, and source quality assessment.
New command: /ultraresearch-local with modes --quick, --local, --external, --fg.
New agents: research-orchestrator (opus), docs-researcher, community-researcher,
security-researcher, contrarian-researcher, gemini-bridge (all sonnet).
New template: research-brief-template.md.
Integration: --research flag in /ultraplan-local accepts pre-built research
briefs (up to 3), enriches the interview and exploration phases. Planning
orchestrator cross-references brief findings during synthesis.
Design principle: Context Engineering — right information to right agent at
right time. Research briefs are structured artifacts in the pipeline:
ultraresearch → brief → ultraplan --research → plan → ultraexecute.
