Kjell Tore Guttormsen 692a4a526c chore(release): v5.10.0 — STORM bounded loop (default-off) + the spawn-name defect ... Version sync across the five surfaces that carry it (plugin.json, package.json, package-lock.json x2, README badge) plus the CHANGELOG section for the 38 commits since v5.9.1. The two docs that print "voyage 5.9.1" are measurement records and keep the version they were measured against. Suite 1013 (1011 pass / 0 fail / 2 skip), unchanged by the bump.
