- ID: unique identifier (e.g., G1.1.1)

- Description: what the goal is
|

- Parent: which goal this supports (simple parent reference, not recursive)
|
|
- Owner: which agent is responsible (task goals only)
|
|
- Status: active | pending | complete | blocked
|
