    The installed command grew from one subcommand to five. The pre-pass, the
    contract checker and the skill generator moved into the package, so a consumer
    who installs this library can now read a bundle back and not only build one.
    The generated consumption skill names commands on PATH instead of paths into a
    checkout: measured, 4 absolute paths before and 0 after.

    okf build's default gained Arm E (--table-grid), with --no-table-grid as its
    opt-out. --outline-run 0 --no-table-grid --no-unit-fold reproduces the
    pre-2026-09-08 bytes.

    This tag does NOT make OKF v0.2 generally available. OKF_LATEST is unchanged.
