    active:raw-html-link adopted verbatim from the seed runtime's v0.7.0. Corpus 93 -> 94.
    signatures/active-content.json 0.2.0 -> 0.3.0, now carrying TWO provenance pins: v0.3.4
    everywhere except the raw-HTML classifier, v0.7.0 there. Field-by-field drift measurement
    found exactly one moved field (html.active_tags published the mutator's name set, not the
    scanner's) and it was not the one this release was about.

    Movement sweep over all 93 prior cases, not the 6 obvious ones: one lexicon case's
    observed_out_of_scope residue went stale, recorded and pinned rather than rewritten.

    The published classifier was rebuilt from the JSON alone and differential-tested against
    the runtime over 42 probe tags: 0 disagreements.
