docs(readme): lead with the value proposition, matching the new forge description
The Forgejo repository description is now the value proposition
(operator decision 2026-09-23), so README line 3 can carry it instead
of the old, drier description line. repo-standard README-DESC requires
exact equality, so the line is plain text, not bold.

repo-standard 22/22, doc-consistency 45/0, self-scan README 0 findings.

docs(readme): shorter, concrete value proposition, antivirus alerts for organizations
README goes from 825 to 227 lines. The value proposition comes first
(three concrete outcomes), then install, a first-five-minutes table,
compact hook and command tables, and one section for teams and CI.

New section "Antivirus and EDR alerts": a warning at the top tells
organizations that products such as Microsoft Defender can raise
alerts, what v8.1.0 did about it (and that v8.1.1/v8.1.2 did not touch
it), that nothing has been measured on Windows, what still sits on
disk as readable text, how to report to Microsoft (managed devices via
the Defender portal, single machines via wdsi), and to email
security@fromaitochitta.com so the file can be fixed in a patch.

Corrected claims found by an independent fact-check: the standalone
CLI is not offline (npm audit, pip-audit, DNS, OSV.dev), the secrets
hook has 19 patterns not 30+, /security deep-scan takes no CI flags,
look-alike package names warn rather than block, the Linux bwrap
caveat, and the demo's 85 findings need the LLM half too. Moved to
links: scanner tables, knowledge list, playground, version history.

SECURITY.md: 8.1.x is the active line; antivirus alerts are in scope,
also on knowledge files; the dead README section references fixed.
CLAUDE.md: README section name updated.

repo-standard 22/22, doc-consistency + av-surface 51/0, full suite
2328 / 2322 pass / 0 fail / 6 skipped. Self-scan: README 1 -> 0
findings.

Remaining `8.1.0` strings are history rows and dated code comments.

docs(readme): drop the self-scan counts that change with every commit
Chosen per the PM order: the README no longer states the suppressed count
or the no-ignore finding count. Both drift by one per commit because
git-forensics looks at the last 50 commits (measured in v8.1.0 S3c), and a
number that is false after the next commit is worse than no number; the
window is correct behaviour, not a bug. Kept: verdict, score and finding
count with ignore on a fresh clone (stable across S3b-S4), plus the
no-ignore verdict. Re-measured on the release commit.

docs(readme): true self-scan number, AV false-positive section, demo form
.llm-security-ignore: MEM/SIG/UNI rules added only for by-design
findings, one explaining line each — the vendored conformance corpus,
the Cyrillic confusables in injection-patterns.mjs and the homoglyph
test inputs, the changelog's quoted homoglyph, the grade-F posture
fixture, and the miner names in the supply-chain blocklist. Not
suppressed on purpose: MEM on CLAUDE.md (the file a poisoning would
target) and AST/TRG (no by-design findings once the ast-scan fixtures
left the disk). Header prefix list completed (14 scanners) and the
"150" replaced by the measured count.

Self-scan, fresh clone of HEAD (node scanners/scan-orchestrator.mjs):
  before: BLOCK 80/100, 77 findings (1C 9H 29M 2L 36I), 362 suppressed
  after: WARNING 61/100, 58 findings (0C 5H 15M 2L 36I), 381 suppressed
without the ignore file: BLOCK 95/100, 439 findings (unchanged)
On `.` (working tree incl. local-only files): BLOCK 80/100, 80
findings -> WARNING 64/100, 61 findings.

README:
- Self-scan: the measured numbers replace "0 findings (ALLOW)".
- The demo commands materialize the tree to a temp dir (the form the
demo README uses); no evil-project-health/ path left in README.
- New "Antivirus false positives" section + TOC entry: what the repo
contains, why a classifier can still flag it, restore from
quarantine, Microsoft's submission form, Microsoft's own advice
against exclusions, a sparse-checkout recipe. Every Defender claim
checked against learn.microsoft.com; the recipe run live against
Forgejo (partial clone supported; 285 of 677 files on disk). The
meaning of "!ml" is not claimed — Microsoft documents "!" suffixes
  only as internal indicators.

c14501e99c chore(llm-security): release v8.0.0 - version sync and changelog
Phase 6 of the approved v8.0.0 plan. HEAD was 45 commits past v7.8.3 with
every version-bearing file still reading 7.8.3 and no v8 tag anywhere.

Version sync: plugin.json, package.json, README badge, CLAUDE.md header.

CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] becomes [8.0.0] - 2026-09-18. It covered 3 of the
user-visible commits since v7.8.3; the other 18 fix/feat/refactor commits
are now recorded from their commit bodies - the commons extraction (five
tables, scanners/commons/ subtree, knowledge/signatures.json removed),
conformance spec 1.1, the golden-gate coverage relabel, and eight fixes
(script-tag recall, whole-table ReDoS gate and its own 8-of-45 blind spot,
Berry and nested lockfile-v1 misses, per-occurrence strip attribution,
legacy OpenAI keys, compileRules coercion, SIG self-flag, SARIF tags).
Counts verified against the loaded modules: 83 injection patterns, 19
secret shapes, 7 SIG rules.

SECURITY.md supported-versions table said 7.3.x Active; now 8.0.x Active,
7.0.x - 7.8.x best-effort. README gets the 8.0.0 row; CLAUDE.md gets the
v8.0.0 highlights and the test floor moves 2045+ to 2250+.

Tests: 2253 / 2247 pass / 0 fail / 6 skipped, exit 0, measured on HEAD
before the edits. The post-edit full run had 3 red, all timing ceilings,
under load average 60 from unrelated jobs on the machine; each passes
alone (460 ms of 1000, 370 ms of 2000, 2127 ms) and doc-consistency is
45/45 alone. The diff is docs and version strings only.

342acda5bc docs(llm-security): state the deprecation notice period this repo practices
D4-C, order 20260821T091412Z-1428311869-from-.claude. Measured by .claude
against the org 21.08: this repo has the org's most mature deprecation
PRACTICE and no stated policy. An adopter cannot read a CHANGELOG row and know
it applies next time -- what D4 measures is what can be EXPECTED, not what
happened last time.

Form copied from open/portfolio-optimiser SECURITY.md "Deprecation Notice
Period"; the numbers are this repo's own. Both floors are kept because the
release count alone is toothless here: measured from the README release table,
7.5.0 and 7.6.0 shipped a day apart (2026-05-05 -> 2026-05-06), so "at least
one minor release" without a day floor would permit a next-day removal. 30 days
is comfortably holdable -- the one precedent ran 112 days (v7.3.0 released
2026-05-01 per commit 4637139; v8.0.0 still unreleased at 2026-08-21).

The precedent is worded as staged, not shipped: git describe reports
v7.8.3-43-ge97c232 and the removal sits under CHANGELOG [Unreleased], so
claiming v8.0.0 "removed" them would have been a claim about an untagged
release. Only the four env-vars are cited; CHANGELOG dates riskScoreV1's
@deprecated to v7.0.0 while README says v7.3.0, and that disagreement should
not be load-bearing in a policy.

No promise the project cannot hold: it is stated as a notice period and not an
SLA, with no backporting, and the one exception for security-critical removal
is named explicitly. README's Project scope now points at the section so an
adopter arriving from the deprecation bullet lands on the rule.

Docs only; the Iron Law does not fire. doc-consistency gate 45/45 pass, exit 0.
Full suite unchanged vs HEAD: 2253 tests / 2247 pass / fail 0.

9ce8821ab4 docs(llm-security): replace 5 placeholder URLs with real self-demo URL or explicit <owner>/<repo>
Census (AAA+ round 5) measured 4 FAIL + 1 unmeasured across L55, L206, L207,
L402, L403: strings that look like clickable URLs but are template leftovers
(https://repo-url resolves nowhere; https://github.com/org/repo 404s). L55 is
in an [!IMPORTANT] callout selling the plugin's primary CLAUDE.md-poisoning
defense, so its one example command couldn't be run as written.

First example in each command block now uses a real, resolving self-demo URL
(https://git.fromaitochitta.com/open/llm-security), making the README a
working quickstart instead of an illustration. Remaining variants use an
unambiguous <owner>/<repo> placeholder that doesn't read as a real URL.

L14 (SSRN, 403) and L224 (sandbox-exec docs, 503) are untouched — bot-blocked
or transiently unavailable is not evidence of a dead link.

bbada84e9f refactor(llm-security): build the SIG ruleset from vendored commons (malware-signatures 0.1.0)
Fifth and last consumer swap of v8 Phase 5 step 4. The seven known-bad-identity
signatures stop living in knowledge/signatures.json and are built from the
vendored commons artifact signatures/malware-signatures.json instead.

Measured before the swap over all seven positions -- id, family, severity,
pattern, description, provenance, key order, and recompilation identity under
the engine's unconditional `i` flag: zero divergences over 56 checks, in order.
The commons copy was extracted from this repository's own file at b0de0ca and
had not drifted.

knowledge/signatures.json is REMOVED rather than left in place. Keeping it would
have left two files spelling one table with nothing gating the drift, and its
golden `file:` pin would have gone on passing while pinning bytes no scanner
reads -- a gate reporting success without running. The pin is replaced by a
walked-module anchor over SIGNATURE_RULES, which is strictly stronger: the pin
covered the bytes on disk, the walk covers what `new RegExp` made of them.
Golden diff was exactly that and nothing else: 7 ADDED, 1 REMOVED, 0 CHANGED
(102/7/5 -> 109/7/4), each added source verified equal to the recompiled commons
pattern.

compileRules() moves into the new lib module and is exported, so the built-in
ruleset and the operator's sig.custom_rules_path path keep one implementation
rather than two copies of the defaulting logic.

Coverage by construction, not by memory: the probe table in the scanner test is
asserted against the LOADED ruleset, so a rule commons adds cannot arrive
without an end-to-end probe. Mutation of the vendored JSON fires in three
directions -- under-match (xmrig alternative dropped) reddens two scanner tests
plus golden; over-match (webshell rule widened to a bare `shell`) reddens the
clean-fixture false-positive probe plus golden; reorder reddens the declared-
order test plus golden.

Loud failure is contract: an unresolvable commons writes one line to stderr
rather than silently disabling known-malware detection, and never throws.

Suite 2247 / 2241 pass / 6 skipped / 0 fail. suite-counts.json untouched.

30dba2a457 docs(llm-security): recover the Windows sandboxing guidance stranded at the split
catalog found commit 0b795b1 sitting on `feat/add-ms-ai-architect` in the
marketplace forge -- a monorepo-path docs commit
(`plugins/llm-security/README.md`) that was only partially carried across
the repo split. Their read was that the CVE reference and
`transfer.fsckObjects` were rewritten into main independently while the
Windows half was never brought over.

Verified here before acting: `AppContainer`, `Windows Sandbox` and
`AppArmor` each grep 0 in our README and 0 at the published v7.8.3 tag,
while `CVE-2024-32002` and `transfer.fsckObjects` are present. Partial
transfer confirmed, not a deliberate drop.

Recovers the three missing pieces:
  - the per-platform sandbox matrix, including the Ubuntu 24.04+ AppArmor
caveat that explains why bwrap fails there
  - the Windows options table (Windows Sandbox / Docker Desktop / WSL2 /
AppContainer) with isolation level and requirements
  - the note on why Node's --permission model does not apply: it restricts
fs access within the Node process and does not sandbox child
processes, and git is a separate OS process

The layer table already in main is kept as-is -- it postdates the stranded
commit and is more accurate than the version there. Only the one-line
Windows sentence is replaced.

909dd581af docs(llm-security): consolidate GOVERNANCE.md to the canonical copy (org-ops D11)
Removes this repo's GOVERNANCE.md and repoints its one reference to the
canonical file in repo-standard, both in the same commit so no
LINK-INTERNAL-MISSING window opens between the two.

Verified here rather than taken from the census message: the canonical
URL returns HTTP 200, md5 3df3603325d3d6937fd560c3f67b5a5d, 131 lines --
matching org-ops' measurement exactly -- and a diff against our copy
shows only the generalising "plugin"/"marketplace" -> "repository"/
"organisation" wording, same 131 lines, no content removed.

Our copy was byte-identical to the stated baseline
(md5 736fc9d6af84fbd83c9cc7f860d8c8b7). Grep confirms README.md:5 was
the only reference in this repo, matching the measured site list.
Nothing gates on the file for us: GOVERNANCE.md is in required_files for
the catalog class only, and this repo's class is plugin.

fdec4b36ad feat(llm-security)!: v8 Phase 3 complete - riskScoreV1, posture heuristic, docs
Closes Phase 3 (B11) of the v8.0.0 plan. Three parts, all with the failing
test written first.

riskScoreV1 removed. scanners/lib/severity.mjs drops riskScoreV1() and its
SEVERITY_WEIGHTS_V1 table - @deprecated since v7.0.0, kept for diff/comparison,
zero callers in code or tests (re-verified, not taken from the plan). The v1
weights are recorded in CHANGELOG so an old score stays re-derivable. riskScore
(v2) is untouched; a test pins that one critical still lands in the 70-95 tier
and that 50 lows score below it, which is exactly the case v1 collapsed to 100.

Posture category 12 no longer keys off an identifier name. The check was
/TRIFECTA_MODE/i over the session-guard source, which measured what a constant
was CALLED rather than whether enforcement was configurable. With the env-var
gone, that regex would have dropped every correctly-migrated project from PASS
to PARTIAL - the gate punishing the migration it exists to encourage. It now
matches getPolicyValue('trifecta', 'mode', ...) and still accepts a pre-v8
vendored guard reading the old env-var, because a third-party project carries
its own hook copy and is equally configurable either way; the evidence line
says which of the two was found. The PARTIAL finding recommended setting an
env-var that v8 ignores; it now names the policy key. The grade-a fixture hook
moves to the policy-era form.

Two never-implemented env-vars deleted from the docs. LLM_SECURITY_SCR_OFFLINE
(ci-cd-guide) and LLM_SECURITY_OFFLINE (supply-chain-attack example) were
documented as OSV.dev / npm-audit kill-switches. No code has ever read either -
verified by grep across scanners, hooks and scripts, which finds them only in
markdown. A promised kill-switch that does nothing is worse than a documented
absence: it is trusted precisely when the run is meant to be air-gapped. The
docs now say there is none and that egress must be blocked at the network
layer. The LLM_SECURITY_AUDIT_* wildcard is narrowed to the one real key.

Docs. Migration section in README + CHANGELOG with the env-var -> policy-key
table, the detection commands (env + shell rc + .envrc + workflows), and the
explicit warning that a removed variable is now INERT rather than an error -
which is the failure mode that loses a project its configuration silently. The
hardening-guide env table splits into surviving vars and a removed-vars
migration table; its "promote to block" runbook named two variables that no
longer exist. Also swept: CLAUDE.md hook table, scanner-reference, ci-cd-guide,
both lethal-trifecta example docs, mitigation-matrix, injection-research.

Test counts in README/CLAUDE.md synced 2034 -> 2045.

Suite 2045 tests, 0 fail (2039 + 4 posture-trifecta + 2 riskScoreV1). The two
known parallel-load flakes did not recur this run.

7336250c60 docs(llm-security): D12 disclosure + last dead pre-split reference
Two org-level findings from the coord inbox, both verified against source
before acting.

README.md:7 - org-ops D12 (docs/decisions.md, 2026-08-01) requires the
plugin-class disclosure line to be self-contained with THREE elements:
generator, process, and the ownership basis (Anthropic Consumer Terms
Section 4). Our line carried the first two. The wording mirrors the one
existing clause in the org (playground-design-system/README.md:21) rather
than inventing a second phrasing. LICENSE verified as MIT before asserting
it. Still one line at the measured head-block position, no link - D12
explicitly rejects both the mechanical sed form (drops ownership) and the
two-paragraph Provenance section (breaks the one-line form).

V3-UPGRADE.md:343 - org-ops census 03 identified this as the org's last
dead `claude-code-llm-security` reference, invisible to the repo-standard
gate because URL_REF requires :// or @host: before open/ and a schemaless
host does not match. Renamed to the post-split name; the file is kept.
CHANGELOG.md:751 is running prose about history with no URL position and
stays as-is.

c4dfee5762 docs(llm-security): trim README badge row 8 -> 4 (repo-standard BADGE-COUNT)
repo-standard v0.2.0 flagged two README findings via coord. Verified both
against ground truth before acting:

- BADGE-COUNT (WARN, real): 8 badges confirmed by manual count. All eight
  numbers were accurate -- commands 20, agents 6, hooks 9, knowledge 23,
  scanners 22 (27 top-level .mjs minus the 5 non-scanner modules, per the
counting rule in docs/scanner-reference.md). The finding is about clutter,
not staleness. Operator chose to keep Version, Platform, Scanners, License
and drop the four inventory badges (Commands/Agents/Hooks/Knowledge) --
each of those repeats a table further down the same page and adds a sync
  obligation to every version bump.

- README-H1 (WARN, operator's call): no change. The H1 is the human-readable
product title; llm-security is the package id in plugin.json and the
catalog. Renaming the H1 to the slug would be a readability regression.

doc-consistency.test.mjs pinned two of the removed/kept badges. The scanners
assertion still holds; the knowledge_docs badge assertion is dropped and the
test narrowed to the README prose claims, which remain derived from
knowledge/ contents. Full suite 2034/2034.

9a51e832b9 docs(llm-security): repo-standard gate to 0 ERROR
Ran repo-standard v0.1.1 against this repo (class: plugin, trait: security).
6 ERROR, 4 WARN, 1 SKIP recorded before any edit; now 0 ERROR, 12 checks pass.

BROKEN
- INSTALL-NO-CLI: added `claude plugin install llm-security@ktg-plugin-marketplace`
  beside the existing `marketplace add` line. The settings.json `enabledPlugins`
block stays — it is a legitimate second form, just not a CLI command.
- LINK-OUTSIDE-REPO (README:7, reported by catalog): the disclosure link pointed
at `../../README.md#ai-generated-code-disclosure`, relative to the pre-split
monorepo and anchored at a heading that never existed. Replaced with the inline
text the polyrepo migration's step 5 was meant to write.

MISSING
- `## Non-goals`: added as its own heading over the existing out-of-scope table
inside `## Project scope`. The `## Project scope` heading is kept because
SECURITY.md and CONTRIBUTING.md reference it by name.
- `## Changelog`: promoted from the trailing "Full history in CHANGELOG.md" line.
- `## Known limitations` (required by the `security` trait): renamed from
`## What this plugin does NOT cover` — same table, contract heading.

WEAKENING
- README-DESC: opening line now matches the forge description verbatim, so
description == catalog == README holds. This replaced the tagline
"Automated defense and advisory analysis for the agentic AI attack surface."
- HEADING-LEVEL: `### Install` promoted to `## Install`; `## Quick Start` split
  into `## Requirements` / `## Install` / `## First scan`.
- BADGE-STATIC-CLAIM: dropped the static `tests-2034` badge. No runner exists on
this forge, so the badge asserted a run nothing performs. Replaced under
`## Self-scan` with the command that runs the suite from a clean clone, and
the plain statement that nothing runs it automatically.
- LINK-NON-REPO x2: `open/claude-code-llm-security` (pre-split name) in
V3-ANNOUNCEMENT.md updated to `open/llm-security`. Same dead name found in
sarif-formatter.mjs TOOL_URI, which ships into SARIF output consumed by other
tools, so it is corrected too.

Left standing, deliberately:
- WARN README-H1 `# LLM Security Plugin for Claude Code` != `# llm-security`.
The gate defers this to the operator, and the description thread it protects

0f1be986d0 docs(llm-security): v8 Phase 2 — B10 docs consistency, counts pinned by test
Extends tests/lib/doc-consistency.test.mjs with 15 cases that derive every
inventory count from source instead of trusting prose. Each count has one
stated derivation; a doc surface that disagrees now fails the suite.

Counts corrected (all were wrong before the test existed):
- orchestrated scanners: docs said 10 (README, ci-cd-guide), CLAUDE.md said 12,
  the synthesizer agent said 9 — scan-orchestrator registers 14
- total scanners: README badge + 3 prose sites said 23; the counting rule in
  docs/scanner-reference.md (14 orchestrated + 8 standalone) yields 22
- knowledge files: README badge + prose said 22; knowledge/ holds 23
- output.mjs finding() prefix JSDoc listed 10 of the 17 prefixes actually
passed to it (missing IDE, MCI, MEM, PST, SCR, TFA, WFL)
- norwegian-context.md said "8 hooks, 10 scanners" -> 9 and 14
- ci-cd-guide "what gets scanned" table listed 10 of 14 rows; adds workflow,
  trigger abuse, signature, AST taint

Two plan items changed after verifying against ground truth:
- CLAUDE.md's synthesizer "(12 scanners)" was not a deliberate subset; the
agent file itself claimed 9. Both bumped to 14.
- compliance-mapping.md's "13 posture categories" is substantively correct —
its matrix has exactly 13 data rows, and categories 14-16 are governance
consumers of the file, not rows in it. The planned 13->16 bump would have
made the document false. Wording clarified to "code-level" instead, and the
test now pins row count against the stated claim.

Framework currency (both verified against primary reporting):
- EU AI Act: Digital Omnibus (EP 2026-06-16, Council 2026-06-29) deferred the
high-risk obligations behind Art. 9/15 to 2027-12-02 (Annex III) and
2028-08-02 (Annex I); transparency still applies from 2026-08-02
- OWASP Agentic AI Top 10 labelled as the 2026 edition

Also: CLAUDE.md Distribution section rewritten monorepo -> polyrepo (each
plugin is its own repo; the catalog pins url + ref per plugin), and
current-state test counts synced 2013 -> 2034. Release-note paragraphs keep
their historical numbers.

No scanner, hook, or command behaviour changes. Suite 2034/2034.

32199965f2 fix(llm-security): post-mcp-verify reads live PostToolUse tool_response field
The PostToolUse hook read input.tool_output, but live Claude Code delivers the tool result as tool_response — so the indirect-injection scan on MCP tool output silently never fired outside the test harness (which sent tool_output). The hook now reads tool_response with a tool_output fallback for older harnesses/fixtures. +3 tests covering string and object tool_response and the precedence. Found via a live-session check during the v7.8.3 sweep; not one of the 52 MEDIUM-tier findings. Suite 2016/0.

4cffa30725 chore(llm-security): v7.8.3 — docs consistency + version bump (#8,#44,#45,#46,#47)
Bumps plugin to 7.8.3 (package.json, plugin.json, README version badge) and syncs the documentation surfaces that had drifted: orchestrated scanner count 9/10/13 to 14 (#8; the WFL/workflow scanner was omitted from the reference list), posture categories 13 to 16 (#44), red-team scenarios 64 to 72 (#45), tests badge/prose 1822 to 2013 (#46). Corrects the pathguard hook-table matcher and header comment to Edit|Write (follows the #9 fix) and removes the two dangling ROADMAP.md references (#47; the roadmap is not a public file). Adds the v7.8.3 CHANGELOG entry, README Recent-versions row, and CLAUDE.md highlights. The '23 scanners' total is a separate module count and is left unchanged.

f4c65070ff chore(llm-security): v7.8.2 — security patch release
Bumps package.json, .claude-plugin/plugin.json and the README badge to
7.8.2; adds the release entry to CHANGELOG.md, docs/version-history.md,
the README recent-versions table and the CLAUDE.md highlights block.

Also fixes test pollution introduced with the ide-extension regression
suite: its temp roots used an `llmsec-jb-plugin-` prefix, and
jetbrains-parser.test.mjs asserts globally that no `llmsec-jb-*`
directory survives anywhere in tmpdir. The shared prefix made that
assertion fail depending on test order — it passed on the first full run
and failed on the next. Prefix is now `llmsec-nullmanifest-`.

npm test: 1901/1901 green, three consecutive runs.

a19e9eb8b2 docs(llm-security): drop internal codename from v7.8.0 notes
Reword the v7.8.0 release notes to refer to the scanners as TRG/SIG/AST only;

6d3c4b5052 chore(llm-security): v7.8.0 — TRG/SIG/AST scanners
Session C of the security-fix track: cut the TRG/SIG/AST release now that the
F-1/F-2/F-3 security gates pass. Pure version-sync — the three scanners shipped
in Steps 1-7 (616e7ff..fc7cf57); no production code changes here.

Version-sync 7.7.2 -> 7.8.0 across every current pointer: .claude-plugin/
plugin.json, package.json, README.md badge, and the CLAUDE.md header + "release
notes" range sentinel. Narrative additions (prior releases kept as history):
- CHANGELOG.md: new [7.8.0] entry (Added: TRG/SIG/AST; Changed: prefix
  registration + knowledge/ packaging).
- docs/version-history.md: new v7.8.0 section describing the three scanners.
- README.md "Recent versions": new 7.8.0 row.
- CLAUDE.md: new v7.8.0 highlights paragraph above the v7.7.2 one.

TRG/SIG/AST recap (built Steps 1-7, behind the security-fix gate):
- TRG (scanners/trigger-scanner.mjs) — trigger/activation-abuse: TRG-shadow /
  TRG-baiting / TRG-broad over name+description frontmatter, decode pipeline
  first (LLM06/AST04).
- SIG (scanners/signature-scanner.mjs) — pure-Node known-malware identity engine
over raw bytes + decode pipeline; rules in knowledge/signatures.json
  (LLM03/LLM02).
- AST (scanners/ast-taint-scanner.mjs) — parse-only python3 taint helper
(scanners/lib/py-ast-taint.py) with graceful regex fallback (LLM01/LLM02/AST02).

Release gate: full node --test suite 1863/0 after the doc edits. No scanner,
hook, or command behaviour changes.

3db6b65aba chore(llm-security): v7.7.2 — language consistency pass
~/.claude/CLAUDE.md specifies English for code and documentation,
Norwegian for dialog only. Norwegian had crept into surface text
across v7.5-v7.7. Translated to English in eight surfaces.

No scanner, hook, or behavior changes — purely surface text.

- 18 skill commands: the HTML Report-step now reads "HTML report:
[Open in browser]" instead of "HTML-rapport: [Åpne i nettleser]"
- scripts/lib/report-renderers.mjs: key-stat labels, lede defaults,
table headers, maturity-ladder descriptions, action-tier labels,
clean buckets, dry-run/apply copy, and JS comments. Regex
  alternations /^high|^høy/ and /resolution|løsning/i preserved.
- playground/llm-security-playground.html: same renderer changes
mirrored bit-identical, plus playground-only UI strings (catalog,
breadcrumb aria-label, theme toggle, builder-modal hint,
guide-panel "no projects yet", delete confirmation, alert/copy).
Demo-state fixture content for dft-komplett-demo preserved
  (intentional Norwegian persona).
- agents/skill-scanner-agent.md + agents/mcp-scanner-agent.md:
Generaliseringsgrense + Parallell Read-strategi sections translated
to Generalization boundary + Parallel Read strategy.
- README.md: playground architecture prose + Recent versions table
  (v7.5.0 — v7.7.1).
- CLAUDE.md: v7.7.1 highlights translated, new v7.7.2 highlights
  added.
- ../../README.md: llm-security v7.5.0 — v7.7.1 bullets.
- ../../CLAUDE.md: llm-security catalog entry.
- docs/scanner-reference.md: six runnable-examples table cells.
- docs/version-history.md: new v7.7.2 entry. v7.5-v7.7 narrative
sections left in original language (deferred per operator).
- Version bumped 7.7.1 → 7.7.2 in package.json,
.claude-plugin/plugin.json, README badge + Recent versions,
  CLAUDE.md header + state, docs/version-history.md, playground
renderHome hardcoded string, root README + CLAUDE.md llm-security
  entries.

Tests: 1820/1820 green. CLI smoke-test: 18/18 commandIds produce
>138 KB self-contained HTML. Browser-dogfood verified.

b626ba0c5e chore(llm-security): v7.7.1 release — formaliser playground UX-strip-fixes
Tre fixes commited etter v7.7.0-tagen (adffb60 + 52afd12 + 02a66f3) viste
versjons-inkonsistens: package.json + plugin.json + README badge + CLAUDE.md
header satt fortsatt på v7.7.0 mens commit-meldinger og inline-kommentarer
refererte v7.7.1 som om det var en release. Per feedback_version_sync.md
skal alle versjonsreferanser stemme — denne commiten lukker gapet.

Endringer:
- package.json: 7.7.0 → 7.7.1
- .claude-plugin/plugin.json: 7.7.0 → 7.7.1
- plugin README badge: version-7.7.0-blue → version-7.7.1-blue
- plugin README "Recent versions"-tabell: ny [7.7.1]-rad
- plugin CLAUDE.md header + v7.7.1-highlights state-seksjon
- docs/version-history.md: ny v7.7.1-seksjon
- playground HTML linje 6935: 'Plugin v7.7.0' → 'Plugin v7.7.1'
(samme template-litteral som v7.7.0-bumpen ikke fanget, nå synket)
- CHANGELOG.md: ny [7.7.1]-seksjon med full Changed/Fixed/Notes
- rot README llm-security-entry: v7.7.0 → v7.7.1 + ny v7.7.1-bullet
- rot CLAUDE.md plugin-katalog: v7.7.1-bump

Verifisert:
- 1820/1820 tester grønne (pre-compact-flake fyrte ikke)
- CLI rapporterer fornuftig feilmelding på tom input
- Ingen kildefil-treff på 7.7.0 utenfor CHANGELOG/version-history/REMEMBER/TODO/ROADMAP

Ingen ny atferd. Kun versjons-synking + dokumentasjon av tre fixes som var

7f9e57bb37 feat(llm-security): v7.7.0 — HTML-rapport for alle 18 skill-kommandoer
Hver /security <cmd> som produserer rapport printer nå en klikkbar
file://-lenke til en self-contained HTML-versjon. Levert over fem
sesjoner; sesjon 5 wirer de 14 resterende skill-filene + slipper
v7.7.0 (versjonsbump + docs).

Sesjon-historikk:
- Sesjon 1 (de23a63) — playground katalog list-view + builder-pane med
  copy-knapp på alle 18 rapporter
- Sesjon 2 (ea8da55) — playground prosjekt-surface opprydding
  (stub-screen + topbar-splitt)
- Sesjon 3 (01a8947) — extract 18 inline parsers + 18 inline renderers
fra playground til canonical ESM-modul scripts/lib/report-renderers.mjs
(playground beholder bit-identisk inline-kopi siden ESM import ikke
  fungerer fra file://)
- Sesjon 4 (c7748d5) — ny zero-dep CLI scripts/render-report.mjs
  (stdin/file/stdout-modus, kebab→camel commandId-routing, ~140 KB
  self-contained HTML med 6 inlined DS-stylesheets + lokal .report-table,
absolutte file://-paths for Ghostty cmd-click). 4 skills wired:
  scan, audit, posture, deep-scan.
- Sesjon 5 (denne) — 14 resterende skills wired: plugin-audit, mcp-audit,
  mcp-inspect, ide-scan, supply-check, dashboard, pre-deploy, diff,
watch, registry, clean, harden, threat-model, red-team. Hver skill-fil
har nå en HTML Report-step som instruerer Claude å skrive markdown
verbatim, kjøre CLI, og appende klikkbar file://-lenke til respons.

Release-arbeid:
- Versjonsbump v7.6.1 → v7.7.0 i 6 plugin-filer + 2 rot-filer
  (package.json, .claude-plugin/plugin.json, README badge, CLAUDE.md
  header + state-seksjon, docs/version-history.md, plugin Recent versions-
  tabell, rot README plugin-entry, rot CLAUDE.md plugin-katalog)
- CHANGELOG [7.7.0] med full historikk fra sesjon 1-5
- docs/version-history.md v7.7.0-seksjon

Verifisert:

- 1819/1820 tester grønne (pre-compact-scan-perf-flake fyrte under last,
  passerer i isolasjon på 1582 ms — pre-eksisterende, defer til v7.7.x)
- 18/18 skill-filer har HTML Report-step
- Ingen kildefil-treff på 7.6.1 utenfor historiske changelog/version-
  history/README releases-tabell

97b054c703 fix(llm-security): playground v7.6.1 — visuelle bugs i v7.6.0
Seks bugs fanget av maintainer ved manuell verifisering i nettleser etter
v7.6.0-release. Alle skyldes mismatch mellom DS-klasser og hvordan
playground-rendrere brukte dem, eller manglende DS-implementasjoner av
klasser playground-rendrere antok eksisterte.

Fixes:
- renderFindingsBlock brukte .findings outer-class som DS har som
  2-kolonners grid (360px list + 1fr detail-panel) — headeren havnet
i venstre kolonne, items i høyre, brutt layout i alle 18 rapporter
  med findings. Erstattet med .report-meta + h4 + findings__list >
  findings__group + findings__group-header + findings__items
  (korrekt DS-mønster, kun list-delen).
- .report-table manglet helt i DS men brukes i 7+ rendrere (OWASP,
Supply chain, Scanner Risk Matrix, Plugin-meta, Permission-matrise,
Live-meter, Siste runs, Godkjenninger, Mitigation roadmap). Lagt
  lokal CSS-implementasjon i playground-HTML style-blokk: border-
  collapse, zebra-hover, header-styling. Komplementerer DS-tokens
  uten å modifisere vendor.
- renderPreDeploy traffic-lights brukte .sm-card__grade som er fast
28x28 px (én A-F-bokstav) — kuttet PASS til AS og PASS-WITH-NOTES
  til PASS-WITH-... i alle traffic-light-cards. Erstattet med
  bredde-tilpasset status-pill via inline styling (severity-soft +
  on tokens).
- Threat-model matrix-bobler ikke klikkbare. Erstattet span med
  button type=button data-threat-id + aria-label. Click-handler
scroller til tilsvarende rad i Trusler-tabellen og fremhever
  den i 1.6 sek.
- Radar-labels overlappet ved 6+ akser fordi alle brukte
  text-anchor=middle. Økt SVG-størrelse 280 → 380, radius 105 → 125.
Bytter text-anchor fra middle til start/end basert på horisontal-
  posisjon.
- recommendation-card__body tekstoverflyt på lange single-line tekster
  (vilkår, owner-tags, dato). Lagt overflow-wrap: anywhere;
  word-break: break-word i lokal style-blokk.

Verifisering:
- 4/4 fix-spesifikke smoke-tester passerer
- 18/18 renderere produserer fortsatt komplett HTML mot
  dft-komplett-demo (regresjons-test)
- Filendring playground.html 10677 → 10753 linjer (+76 netto)

Versjonsbump v7.6.0 → v7.6.1 (patch — bugfix-only, ingen scanner- eller
hook-atferdsendringer):

- plugins/llm-security/package.json

0a70c6f44f feat(llm-security): playground v7.6.0 — Tier 3 referanse-case komplett
Komplett integrasjon av playground-design-system Tier 3-komponenter
i playground-en. Playground er nå referanse-case for hva DS-en kan
levere når alle komponenter brukes som tilsiktet. Levert over 5 sesjoner
med atomic commits per sesjon.

Endringer i v7.6.0 (fase 1-7):
- Fjernet ~30 duplikat-CSS-deklarasjoner (DS vinner cascade)
- Page-shell harmonisert (page__header-klynge på alle 4 overflater)
- Scope-identitet via badge--scope-security
- verdict-pill-lg erstatter custom verdict-pill
- Onboarding wizard via Tier 3 form-progress + fp-step
- Tier 3 spesialkomponenter integrert:
  - tfa-flow + tfa-leg + tfa-arrow (toxic-flow-rapport)
  - mat-ladder + mat-step (posture-modenhet)
  - suppressed-group (narrative-audit)
  - codepoint-reveal + cp-tag/cp-zw/cp-bidi (UNI-funn)
  - top-risks + top-risk[data-severity] (rangert funn-listing)
  - recommendation-card[data-severity] (clean/harden/audit/posture/
    pre-deploy/plugin-audit advisory)
  - risk-meter (band-visualisering 0-100 på 5 archetypes)
  - card--severity-{level} (findings-cards modifier)

5 nye DS-helpers + mapSeverityToCardLevel + parseNarrativeAudit.
renderRecommendationsList utvidet med severity-param. renderHarden-rewrite
fra diff-row-struktur til recommendation-card med action-mapping.

Ingen scanner/hook-atferd berørt. Kun visuelt og strukturelt.
A11Y-rapport oppdatert (WCAG 2.1 AA bekreftet, severity-soft fargepar
verifisert, semantiske elementer erstatter generic div).

Versjon bumpet v7.5.0 → v7.6.0:
- plugins/llm-security/.claude-plugin/plugin.json
- plugins/llm-security/package.json
- plugins/llm-security/README.md (badge + Playground-seksjon + history)
- plugins/llm-security/CLAUDE.md (header + ny v7.6.0-blurb)
- plugins/llm-security/CHANGELOG.md ([7.6.0] entry)
- README.md (rot — llm-security-rad + history-bullet)
- plugins/llm-security/playground/llm-security-playground.html (footer)

Filendring playground.html totalt over 5 sesjoner: 10209 → 10677 linjer
(+468 netto). Per-sesjons-commits: eb8f676 (Sesjon 1, fase 1-2),
8197957 (Sesjon 2, fase 3-4), 569542d (Sesjon 3, fase 5a-d),
4c4a5ec (Sesjon 4, fase 5e-h).

Verifisering bekreftet:
- 18/18 renderere passerer regresjons-smoke-test mot dft-komplett-demo
- Grep-criteria oppfylt: top-risks 5, recommendation-card 32,
  risk-meter 7 (5 archetypes), card--severity- 4, verdict-pill-lg 20,
  fp-step 12, badge--scope-security 5, tfa-flow 3, mat-ladder 2,
  suppressed-group 8, codepoint-reveal 12
- Window-globaler intakt, JS parse OK, demo-state JSON parse OK

Kjent begrensning: parsed.findings er tom for deep-scan/audit demo-
fixturer (parser-begrensning, defensiv design — dokumentert i CHANGELOG
+ A11Y-rapport, sporet for v7.6.x patch).

e64343be86 feat(llm-security): playground Fase 3 — v7.5.0 med 18 parsere/renderere
Single-file SPA playground har nå parser + renderer for alle 18
produces_report=true-kommandoer (Fase 2: 10 høy-prio + Fase 3: 8
gjenstående: mcp-inspect, supply-check, pre-deploy, diff, watch,
registry, clean, threat-model). 18 markdown test-fixtures fungerer
som kontrakt-anker for parser-utvikling.

Komplett demo-prosjekt `dft-komplett-demo` har alle 18 rapporter
ferdig parsed inline — klikk-gjennom uten "parser ikke implementert"-
paneler. 2 nye archetypes i KEY_STATS_CONFIG: kanban-buckets (clean)
og matrix-risk (threat-model).

Bug-fix: normalizeVerdictText sjekker nå GO-WITH-CONDITIONS /
CONDITIONAL / BETINGET FØR plain GO så betinget verdict (pre-deploy
med åpne vilkår) ikke kollapser til ALLOW.

Eksponert 11 window-globaler for testing/automasjon (__store,
__navigate, __loadDemoState, __PARSERS, __RENDERERS, __CATALOG,
__inferVerdict, __inferKeyStats, __renderPageShell,
__handlePasteImport, __scheduleRender). 12 Playwright-genererte
screenshots i playground/screenshots/v7.5.0/.

A11Y-rapport (WCAG 2.1 AA): 0 blokkerende, 3 mindre forbedringer
flagget for v7.5.x patch (skip-link, heading-hierarki på project,
aria-live toast).

Versjonsbump 7.4.0 -> 7.5.0 i 10 filer (package.json, plugin.json,
CLAUDE.md header, README badge, CHANGELOG-entry, 3 scanner VERSION-
konstanter, ROADMAP, marketplace-rot README).

8c3de5c09e chore(llm-security): v7.4.0 — examples + e2e suite minor
Bumps from v7.3.1 to v7.4.0. Purely additive surface — no scanner
or hook behavior changes, no breaking changes.

Headline content (already merged on main since v7.3.1):

- examples/ utvidelse — seven runnable demonstration walkthroughs
shipped over three sessions (sesjon 1 pre-existing
  prompt-injection-showcase + lethal-trifecta-walkthrough,
  mcp-rug-pull, supply-chain-attack, poisoned-claude-md,
  bash-evasion-gallery, toxic-agent-demo, pre-compact-poisoning).
  Each is self-contained: README + fixture + run-script +
  expected-findings testable contract. State-isolation pattern
  (PID-suffixed JSONL or env-overrides like
LLM_SECURITY_MCP_CACHE_FILE) keeps the user's real cache and
  /tmp state untouched.
- tests/e2e/ — three new suites totalling 45 tests:
  attack-chain.test.mjs (17), multi-session.test.mjs (9),
  scan-pipeline.test.mjs (19). Test count 1777 to 1822. These
exercise the framework as a coordinated system rather than as
  isolated unit-tests.

Version sync (8 files):

5e21ebdc91 feat(llm-security): add pre-compact-poisoning example for PreCompact hook [skip-docs]
Runnable demonstration of hooks/scripts/pre-compact-scan.mjs (the
only PreCompact hook in the plugin) detecting both a CRITICAL
injection pattern and an AWS-shaped credential inside a synthetic
JSONL transcript, exercised across all three values of
LLM_SECURITY_PRECOMPACT_MODE plus a benign-transcript control case
in block mode that proves the gate is not a brick wall.

The transcript is generated at runtime in a per-invocation tempdir
under os.tmpdir() and the directory is removed in a finally block,
so the user's real ~/.claude/projects/.../transcripts/ are never
touched. The AWS-shaped key uses the same 'AK' + 'IA' + ...
fragmentation idiom as tests/e2e/attack-chain.test.mjs so this
source contains no literal credentials and pre-edit-secrets does
not block writes during development.

Nine independent assertions (9/9 must pass):
- block mode + poisoned: exit 2, decision=block JSON, reason text
covers both injection and AWS labels (3 assertions)
- warn mode + poisoned: exit 0, systemMessage JSON, no decision
  field (2 assertions)
- off mode + poisoned: exit 0, no JSON on stdout (2 assertions)
- block mode + benign: exit 0, no decision=block JSON (2 assertions)

4f5857f452 feat(llm-security): add toxic-agent-demo example for TFA scanner [skip-docs]
Single-component lethal-trifecta walkthrough that drives
scanners/toxic-flow-analyzer.mjs against a deliberately
misconfigured fixture plugin. The fixture agent declares
tools: [Bash, Read, WebFetch], which alone covers all three
trifecta legs (input surface + data access + exfil sink). No
hooks/hooks.json is shipped, so TFA's mitigation logic finds
no active guards and emits a CRITICAL "Lethal trifecta:"
finding without downgrade.

Plugin marker is plugin.fixture.json (recognised by isPlugin())
rather than .claude-plugin/plugin.json — the latter is blocked
by the plugin's own pre-write-pathguard hook, and
plugin.fixture.json exists in isPlugin() specifically so
example fixtures can self-mark without touching guarded paths.

Three independent assertions (3/3 must pass): direct trifecta
present and CRITICAL; finding mentions the exfil-helper
component; description confirms "no hook guards detected"
(proves the mitigation path stayed inactive). expected-findings.md
documents the contract.

OWASP / framework mapping: ASI01, ASI02, ASI05, LLM01, LLM02, LLM06.

Docs updated: plugin README "Other runnable examples", plugin
CLAUDE.md "Examples" tabellen, CHANGELOG [Unreleased] Added.
[skip-docs] is appropriate because examples don't change what
the plugin "synes å dekke utad" — marketplace root README is
unaffected.

e7e332bcd6 feat(llm-security): add 3 more runnable threat examples [skip-docs]
Three new self-contained, runnable threat demonstrations under
examples/, continuing the batch started in 24b65b3. Each example
has README.md + run-*.mjs + expected-findings.md and uses
state-isolation discipline so the user's real cache/state files
are never polluted.

- examples/supply-chain-attack/ — two-layer demonstration:
  pre-install-supply-chain (PreToolUse) blocks compromised
  event-stream version 3.3.6 and emits a scope-hop advisory for
the @evilcorp scope; dep-auditor (DEP scanner, offline) flags
  5 typosquat dependencies plus a curl-piped install-script
vector in the fixture package.json. Maps to LLM03/LLM05/ASI04.

- examples/poisoned-claude-md/ — all 6 memory-poisoning detectors
fire on a deliberately poisoned CLAUDE.md plus a fixture
agent file under .claude/agents (E15/v7.2.0 surface):
  detectInjection, detectShellCommands, detectSuspiciousUrls,
  detectCredentialPaths, detectPermissionExpansion,
detectEncodedPayloads. No agent runtime needed — scanner
  imported directly. Maps to LLM01/LLM06/ASI04.

- examples/bash-evasion-gallery/ — one disguised variant per
T1 through T9 evasion technique fed through pre-bash-destructive,
verified BLOCK after bash-normalize strips the evasion. T8
base64-pipe-shell uses its own BLOCK_RULE. The canonical
destructive form uses a path token rather than the bare slash
(regex word-boundary requires it). Source-string fragmentation
pattern reused from the e2e attack-chain test. Maps to
  LLM06/ASI01/LLM01.

Plugin README "Other runnable examples" section + plugin
CLAUDE.md "Examples" table + CHANGELOG Unreleased/Added
all updated. Marketplace root README unchanged
([skip-docs] for marketplace-level gate — plugin's outward
coverage is unchanged, only demonstrations were added).

075f159c1f feat(llm-security): add lethal-trifecta + mcp-rug-pull examples [skip-docs]
Two new self-contained, runnable threat demonstrations under examples/:

- lethal-trifecta-walkthrough/ — feeds 5 hook calls (WebFetch, Read .env,
Bash curl POST + suppression follow-ups) into post-session-guard and
verifies the Rule-of-Two advisory fires exactly on leg 3. State
isolated via run-script PID so /tmp/llm-security-session-*.jsonl is
  not polluted. Treffer post-session-guard, ASI01/ASI02, LLM01/LLM02.

- mcp-rug-pull/ — mutates an MCP tool description across 8 stages.
Each per-update <10% Levenshtein, cumulative reaches 32.2% by stage
  7 — proves the v7.3.0 (E14) mcp-cumulative-drift MEDIUM advisory
catches slow-burn rug-pulls that the per-update detection would
miss. Uses LLM_SECURITY_MCP_CACHE_FILE to isolate cache. Treffer
  post-mcp-verify, mcp-description-cache.mjs, OWASP MCP05/LLM03/ASI04.

Each example: README.md + run-*.mjs + expected-findings.md.
Plugin README "Other runnable examples" section + CHANGELOG
[Unreleased] Added bullets + plugin CLAUDE.md "Examples" section
all updated in this commit. Marketplace root README unchanged
since plugin's outward coverage is unchanged ([skip-docs]
covers the marketplace-level gate).

b5d29f8cd6 test(llm-security): add e2e suite proving framework works as coordinated system
Three new files in tests/e2e/ (45 tests, 1777 -> 1822):

- attack-chain.test.mjs (17): full hook stack against attack payloads in
  sequence -- prompt injection at the gate; T1/T5/T8 bash evasions;
pathguard on .env / .ssh; secrets hook on AWS-shaped keys and PEM
headers; markdown link-title and HTML-comment poisoning in tool
output; trifecta accumulation over a single session with dedup on
  the next benign call.

- multi-session.test.mjs (9): state persistence across simulated
session boundaries. Uses the fact that a hook child's process.ppid
equals the test runner's process.pid, so writing the session state
file directly simulates "previous session" history. Covers slow-burn
trifecta (legs spread >50 calls), MCP cumulative description drift
via LLM_SECURITY_MCP_CACHE_FILE override, and pre-compact transcript
poisoning in warn / block / clean / missing-file modes.

- scan-pipeline.test.mjs (19): scan-orchestrator + all 10 scanners +
  toxic-flow correlator against poisoned-project (BLOCK / 95 / Extreme)
and grade-a-project (WARNING / 48 / High). Asserts envelope shape,
verdict, risk_score, severity counts, OWASP coverage, scanner
enumeration, and a narrative-coherence cross-check that the BLOCK
scan strictly outranks the WARNING scan along every axis.

Test files build credential-shaped payloads at runtime via concatenation
so they contain no literal matches for the pre-edit-secrets regexes
(memory rule feedback_secrets_hook_test_fixtures.md).

Doc updates in same commit per marketplace policy:
- CLAUDE.md header: 1777+ -> 1822+ tests, mentions tests/e2e/
- README.md badge tests-1777 -> tests-1822, body text updated
- CHANGELOG.md: new [Unreleased] Added section describing scope

No version bump. No behavior changes outside tests/.

c68c395927 docs: introduce GOVERNANCE.md and unify fork-and-own blurb
Establish a single governance document at marketplace root and copy
it into each of the 9 plugins so every plugin folder remains 100%

all READMEs with a uniform fork-and-own paragraph that links to
the local GOVERNANCE.md.

fa16ffdd28 chore(llm-security): v7.3.1 — stabilization patch for forkers and downstream users
No behavior changes. Sets the public stance, tightens documentation, and
removes coherence drift so anyone forking or downloading the plugin gets
a consistent starting point.

Added:
- CONTRIBUTING.md — public fork-and-own guide. Why PRs are not accepted,
how to fork well, what is welcome via issues.
- README "Project scope" section — out-of-scope table naming what is
fork-and-own territory (web dashboard, fleet policy, runtime firewall,
IDE LSP, compliance pack, ticketing, multi-tenancy, ML detectors,
marketplace UI, SSO/SCIM/RBAC) with commercial alternatives.
- package.json: bugs.url, CONTRIBUTING/SECURITY/CHANGELOG in files
  whitelist for npm publishing.

Changed:
- SECURITY.md rewritten. Supported-versions table from stale 5.1.x to
  current reality (7.3.x active, 7.0-7.2 best-effort, <7.0 EOL).
Best-effort solo response timeline. Scope expanded to bin/.
- Scanner VERSION constants synced to plugin version. Was 6.0.0 in
  dashboard-aggregator and posture-scanner.
- package.json repository.url corrected from fromaitochitta/ to open/.
- README "Feedback & contributing" links to CONTRIBUTING.md.

Fixed:
- pre-compact-scan size-cap timing test ceiling raised 500ms -> 1000ms.
Was a flake on Intel Mac and CI under load. Design target unchanged
  (<500ms, documented in CLAUDE.md).

Notes:
- First patch on the stabilization line (post-2026-05-01).
- Wave E attack-simulator scenarios deferred indefinitely; coverage
  remains at 72.

2979e57d8f docs(readme): total overhaul for v7.3.0
Rewrites README.md from 919 → 484 lines (47% reduction). Modernized
structure, all counts updated to v7.3.0 reality (commands 19→20,
scanners 22→23, knowledge 19→22, tests 1665→1777), trimmed Version
History to last 3 versions with link to CHANGELOG.md.

Structural changes:
- Removed dated "Prompt Injection Showcase (v5.0)" section
- Removed verbose Directory Structure tree (file paths discoverable
from CLAUDE.md and the file system itself)
- Collapsed Knowledge Base 18-row table into 5-category summary
- Merged "Architecture" mermaid + "What's inside" into single layered
  overview
- Tightened Compliance & Governance, OWASP Coverage, Workflow Examples
  to essentials only
- Added explicit v7.3.0 sections inline:
  - npm scope-hop typosquat in supply-chain hook (E13)
  - workflow-scanner W F L row in Scanners (E11)
  - .gitattributes post-clone advisory in remote scanning table (E12)
  - MCP cumulative-drift baseline + reset in Output verification + own subsection (E14)
  - rot13 + T7-T9 bash-normalize in Prompt injection + Destructive commands hooks (E3/E8/E9/E10)
  - env-var deprecation runway in Compliance & Governance (8.7)
  - Hook count corrected to 9 throughout (8.10)
- New badges: commands-20, scanners-23, knowledge-22, tests-1777

Content preserved (load-bearing):
- AI-generated disclosure
- "no PRs accepted" framing
- Sandbox defense-in-depth tables
- OWASP coverage matrix
- Defense philosophy section
- Self-scan + malicious-skill-demo references
- Recommended-combo with parry-guard

46371395f5 chore(release): bump to v7.3.0
Batch C release. Closes 12 implementation tasks (E3, E8-E14, 8.4, 8.6,
8.7, 8.10) across four execution waves: A (bash + decoder), B (supply
chain + workflow scanner), C (MCP cumulative drift), D (code quality).

Wave E (9 new attack-simulator scenarios for the new defenses) deferred
to v7.3.1 — defenses are unit-tested per wave; the deferred work adds
attack-simulator regression coverage on top, not the primary safety net.

Tests: 1665+ → 1777 (Wave A-D cumulative, +112).

Version sync targets touched:
- package.json
- .claude-plugin/plugin.json
- CLAUDE.md (header)
- README.md (badge + new release-history row)
- scanners/ide-extension-scanner.mjs (VERSION constant)
- ../../README.md (marketplace root plugin entry)
- CHANGELOG.md (new [7.3.0] section per Keep a Changelog, all 12 task
  IDs covered individually under Added/Changed/Documentation/Tests/Notes)

7f921b3cf3 feat(policy-loader): 8.7 — env-var deprecation warnings (v8.0.0 removal) 2026-04-30 17:11:07 +02:00
Kjell Tore Guttormsen
1b38af3946 feat(commands): E14 part 3 — /security mcp-baseline-reset slash command
Wave C step C3: closes E14 with the user-facing reset command.

After a legitimate MCP server upgrade the sticky baseline (added in C1)
becomes a stale "what the tool used to say" anchor and every subsequent
post-mcp-verify advisory will re-flag the change. /security mcp-baseline-reset
lets the user acknowledge the upgrade so the next call seeds a fresh
baseline.

New files:
- scanners/mcp-baseline-reset.mjs — small CLI wrapper around clearBaseline /
listBaselines. Modes: --list (read-only), --target <name>, no-args (all).
Outputs JSON summary on stdout. Exit 0 always (idempotent).
- commands/mcp-baseline-reset.md — dispatcher following mcp-inspect.md
  shape. Frontmatter: name=security:mcp-baseline-reset, sonnet model,
Read/Bash/AskUserQuestion tools. 4-step body (list -> confirm scope
  -> execute -> confirm result).
- tests/scanners/mcp-baseline-reset.test.mjs — 10 CLI tests across
--list, --target, clear-all, idempotency, history preservation, and
  bare-positional sugar.

Updated:
- commands/security.md — new row in commands table after mcp-inspect.
- CLAUDE.md — new commands-table row + new v7.3.0 narrative section
describing the baseline schema, cumulative-drift detection, reset
  semantics, and the LLM_SECURITY_MCP_CACHE_FILE override.
- Plugin README.md — new MCP-baseline-reset row in commands table,
scanner count 12 standalone -> 13 standalone, new "MCP Description
Drift (E14, v7.3.0)" subsection explaining the sticky baseline,
cumulative threshold, reset semantics, and env-var override.
- Root marketplace README.md — scanner count 22 -> 23 (10 orchestrated +
  13 standalone), command count 19 -> 20, test count 1511 -> 1768.

Wave C complete: 1738 -> 1768 tests (+30 across C1/C2/C3). Per plan,
Wave C does NOT bump the plugin version — that lands at the wave-bundle
release. The advisory text in post-mcp-verify already references the
new command path so the user has a ready remediation step.

b58c1f5095 chore(release): bump llm-security to v7.1.0
Closes A4 of v7.1.0 critical-review patch — release artefacts.

- Version bump 7.0.0 → 7.1.0 across active version sources:
  * package.json
  * .claude-plugin/plugin.json
  * CLAUDE.md header
  * README.md badge
  * scanners/ide-extension-scanner.mjs (VERSION constant)
  * marketplace root README plugin entry
- Marketplace root README test count: 1487 → 1511.
- CHANGELOG.md: new [7.1.0] - 2026-04-29 section above [7.0.0],
  documenting B1, B2, B4, B8, honesty-sweep (7 phrases), and
  test-count delta (+24 → 1511 total).
- docs/security-hardening-guide.md: §6 last-updated bump + new
v7.1.0 calibration note on hook-level fixes (pathguard regex
  hole, distributed-trifecta block-mode bypass).

Historical references to "7.0.0" intentionally preserved in:
- CHANGELOG [7.0.0] entries (history)
- README.md version-history table v5.0.0/v7.0.0 rows (history)
- CLAUDE.md §"v7.0.0 — Severity-dominated risk scoring" (describes
  what changed at v7.0.0 release)
- scanners/ JSDoc comments noting "v7.0.0+" formula provenance
- agents/ + tests/ + knowledge/ provenance comments

Pre-existing untracked/modified tracker noise (.gitignore,
marketplace.json, config-audit/docs, ultraplan-local/docs) is not
part of this commit per the v7.1.0 NEXT-SESSION-PROMPT handoff.

Tests: 1511/1511 green.

4ae6ca95fe feat(llm-security): v7.0.0 commit 7 — rule 18 (markdown image URL suppression)
E2E verification against content-heavy repo (`content-claude-code`) revealed
413 entropy findings (8 HIGH / 405 MEDIUM) from markdown image CDN URLs in
JSON content indexes — e.g., `![Image 1: Title](https://www-cdn.anthropic.com/images/.../cf1dd2167fcf12f5882333ddc58a5bc1f0026952.svg)`.
These are legitimate content-repo artifacts, not credentials. The 40-char
hash segment in the CDN URL trips Shannon entropy (H=5.29 over 300 chars),
and rule 13 (inline <svg>) doesn't match since there's no literal `<svg>`
tag — the `.svg` is just a URL path suffix.

Added rule 18 `MARKDOWN_IMAGE = /!\[[^\]]*\]\(\s*https?:\/\//` — matches
`![alt](http…)` / `![alt](https…)`. Line-level (not string-level) so URL
is not over-specific.

E2E impact on `content-claude-code`:
- Before: BLOCK / 65 / 8H 437M 0L
- After: WARNING / 56 / 3H 427M 0L

Hyperframes unchanged: BLOCK / 80 / 1C 4H 92M — real CRITICAL SQL-injection
and HIGH findings still detected.

Tests: 2 new (positive + negative fixture) bringing entropy-context to 26,
total suite 1485 → 1487.

Docs updated to "rules 11-18" and "8 new line-suppression rules".

cd04e9340c feat(llm-security)!: v7.0.0 commit 6 — tests, docs, version bump
Final commit in the trustworthy-scoring series. Bundles verdict cutoff
alignment, the last suite of tests, and all documentation touch-points
that quote version numbers or describe v7.0.0 behaviour.

Verdict/band co-monotonicity
- `scanners/lib/severity.mjs` — verdict cutoffs moved from 61/21 to 65/15
  so `BLOCK >= 65`, `WARNING >= 15` locks onto the v2 riskBand() boundaries.
Prevents "BLOCK / Medium band" contradictions under the v2 formula.

Scanner hardening (bug fixes from v7.0.0 testing)
- `scanners/entropy-scanner.mjs` — `policy_source` now uses
  `existsSync('.llm-security/policy.json')` instead of value-based check.
Old heuristic always reported 'policy.json' because DEFAULT_POLICY now
  carries an `entropy.thresholds` section.
- `scanners/lib/file-discovery.mjs` — `.sass` and GPU shader extensions
(`.glsl, .frag, .vert, .shader, .wgsl`) added to TEXT_EXTENSIONS. Without
this, shader files were invisible to file-discovery, so they were never
counted as skipped by the entropy-scanner extension filter.

Tests
- `tests/scanners/entropy-context.test.mjs` (new, 24 tests) — A. File-ext
  skip (4), B. Line-level rules 11-17 (8), C. Policy overrides (3).
Fixtures generate 80-char base64 payloads at runtime via
`crypto.randomBytes` to dodge the plugin's own pre-edit credential hook
  on the test source.
- `tests/lib/severity.test.mjs` — rewritten with v2 scoring table (70
  tests total, was 52).
- `tests/lib/output.test.mjs:243` — "1 critical = score 80" under v2
  (was 25 under v1).
- Full suite: 1485/1485 green (was 1461).

Docs
- `CHANGELOG.md` — v7.0.0 entry with BREAKING CHANGES section.
- `README.md` (plugin + marketplace root) — version badge, history table,
  plugin-card version string, test count.
- `CLAUDE.md` — header version, "v7.0.0 — Trustworthy scoring" summary
  paragraph at the top.
- `docs/security-hardening-guide.md` — new section 6 "Calibration & false
positives" documenting v2 formula, context-aware entropy scanner,
typosquat allowlist, and §6.4 tuning workflow. Existing "Recommended
  baseline" section renumbered to §7.

Version bump
- `6.6.0 -> 7.0.0` across package.json, .claude-plugin/plugin.json,
  scanners/ide-extension-scanner.mjs VERSION const, README badge,
CLAUDE.md header, marketplace root README card.
